Neglect of Shareholders a criminal offence

Chennai,(source:TSMHWA):Companies who neglect their shareholders face impossible punishment under a new law passed by worried Teledata investors.

The law,reflects concerns that rapid aquisitions and a explosive growth by parent companies is undermining the health of subsidiaries and retail Investors.

"At least now the shareholders can have a dividend and bonus every year" Shri baba gyandev,a teledata investor from Honululu, was quoted as saying in local news reports.

Under the law, Parent companies can face up to a monthly dividends if found guilty of shareholder neglect.

The law also allows Investors/shareholders to order Companies to pay a monthly dividend and annual bonus to the shareholders.
