Director of Dirty Picture said, he chose Vidya Balan over other heroines because he was confident as Vidya Balan is a great actress. Moreover in his opinion Vidya Balan's "super"structure body suited her for the role of Silk Smitha in Dirty Picture."
after hearing this and seeing promos of imran hasmi and tusshar kapoor on her Tv set, Vidya Balan was admitted to hospital after she complained of giddiness on the sets of Dirty Picture, now Vidya Balan will be accompanied by Anesthetic doctor while shooting for Any Picture for any untoward incidents and comments.
